Faith Groups - A Place for Everyone

What is a Faith Group?
  • a small group of people (8 to 12 people)

  • meeting weekly

  • for friendship, prayer and Bible study

The Model for our Faith Groups (Acts 2:42 - 47)
  • "They devoted themselves to the apostles' teaching and to the fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer."

  • "They broke bread in their homes and ate together with glad and sincere hearts, praising God and enjoying the favor of all the people."

  • "And the Lord added to their number daily those who were being saved."



The following are options in which everyone is welcome to participate:

  • Sunday Morning (9:00 - 10:00) - Facilitator: Gail Tyree; meeting in the library at the church; Lessons are taken from David C. Cook Bible Study series. Each book is $5 each. Everyone is welcome. You can buy your book during at the class.

  • Wednesday Morning (10:00 - 11:30) - Facilitator: Judy Floyd; Study: Breaking Free by Beth Moore. Call Judy at 770-502-9375 to reserve a workbook (cost $15); Meeting in the church library.

We're in the process of adding more Faith Groups and opportunities for study. If you are interested in hosting or facilitating or attending a Faith Group, please contact the church office, 770-251-2724. Study of God's Word is critical to the foundation of life as God created it to be. These groups can meet in homes or at the church.
